If you struggle with the ups and downs of the stock market, please contact us to discuss our steady “above average” rates that we are able to charge our lessees and yet remain more than competitive with the banks at the same time. Centennial Leasing keeps a small admin fee on each lease payment and the rest is paid to the investors as soon as each payment clears.

ABOVE AVERAGE RETURNS
NOT AS RISKY AS YOU THINK
Although this is a high risk business with commensurate returns, in 2017 Centennial Leasing’s default rate in 2017 was zero and only 1.06% of our payments collected were returned NSF. And, 100% of the returned payments were recollected in the following week.
HOW IT WORKS
Every lease is financed by a different set of investors. You only invest in the proposals that look good to you.
Centennial works with the Customer and the Equipment Vendor to make a deal that pays the Vendor in full for the equipment with payments that are 1) affordable by the customer 2) agreed to by the customer, and 3) pay off the lease in a reasonable amount of time in relation to the estimated useful life of the equipment (typically 36 to 48 months). A proposal is then emailed to our investors giving all the information about the customer including the name of business, address, owners’ names and credit ratings, years in business, collateral and a description the equipment to be financed along with the amount of financing required. Any investor that wishes to invest in that particular lease responds with the amount they wish to invest. The typical lease usually has 3 or 4 investors. Once the lease is in place, payments are collected monthly by automatic debit to the customer’s account (ACH debits). Generally 5 days are allowed for the payment to clear and then the investors are paid their share of the payment, also by ACH direct deposit to the investors’ accounts.
